Hourly rates, commissions and shift lengths for OnlyFans chatters as stated in public postings in the Philippines and Russia, re-read on 2026-09-17.

The desk re-read its reference postings on 2026-09-17. Posting 1681372 on OnlineJobs.ph, updated 16 July 2026, offers a full-time chat operator role at $3.65 per hour for 45 hours a week, chatting "with subscribers on behalf of our 18+ content creators". Posting 1702660, updated 4 August 2026, offers "2$/hr + 3% uncapped commission", paid weekly in USDT; its description says 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, while its "hours per week" box says 40. The employer adds a claim of "$600 to 1500/month once you're up to speed"; that is a recruitment statement, and the desk does not print it as a wage.

The Russian board Layboard returns 149 vacancies for "chatter" in Russia on the date read. The postings on its first page describe pay as a percentage of the operator's turnover, eight-hour shifts in a morning, day or evening slot, and a six days on, one day off rhythm. None of the cards read states an hourly rate, so none is printed.
