# Fansly and MYM, the published creator share and the rule on automated replies

Fansly's 80% creator share and its clause on AI in conversations; MYM's published payout rates, 7% bank charges and its clause allowing AI to manage the inbox.

Fansly publishes its split in its Terms of Service, dated 21 July 2026: "Creators earn eighty percent (80%) of the revenue generated on all subscriptions, sales, or tips related to their content and User profile." Chargebacks may be deducted. Earnings sit in a 7-day pending period before they can be withdrawn, and the payout minimum depends on the method: $20 by Paxum or Cosmopayment, $50 by SEPA, $100 by international wire or cryptocurrency.

On automation, the same terms list among prohibited uses: "content where artificial intelligence systems directly interact with Users to generate personalized responses, imagery, or experiences without human oversight". The terms also address agencies directly: a creator who shares credentials "with a third party, such as a manager or agency" remains solely responsible for everything done through the account. Fansly's help centre offers Management Sessions, single-use links with chosen permissions, as the way to give a team access without a password; payouts and account closure are always excluded.

MYM's terms of use, version 24 July 2025, define a "Redevance" as a percentage of every order without stating it; the figures are in the help centre article "MYM fees", last edited 12 March 2025. It states two steps. First, "Bank charges represent 7% of the amount of a transaction (taxes included)." Then, on the price excluding taxes after those charges, the creator receives "75% on subscriptions, 80% on private media, 80% on private show, 80% on tips", with one point more on private media and subscriptions for SuperStar creators. The article's own example: a 100 euro private media sold to a fan in France is charged 120 euros with VAT, bank charges of 8.40 euros are taken, and the creator receives (100 minus 8.40) times 80%, that is 73.28 euros.

MYM is explicit on automation. Clause 5.2.2 states that creators are free to use AI solutions to manage their account, "et notamment gérer les réponses à la Messagerie", and that MYM declines any liability towards a user who feels wronged for exchanging with an agent, a third party or an AI solution possibly operated by a "Mandataire", the term the contract uses for an agency acting for the creator.

Neither platform publishes what it does when it detects automated replies, and neither states a detection method.
