OnlyFans is operated by Fenix International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales whose financial year ends on 30 November. The figures below are for the year ended 30 November 2025 and come from the coverage published on 25 and 26 August 2026. Where two outlets print different values for the same line, both are given.

## The headline lines

FY2025 figures from Variety, BBC News and The Telegraph, 25 August 2026. FY2024 figures from Variety, 22 August 2025. Both checked 2026-09-14.

## Payouts

Variety reports $6.3bn paid to creators in the year to 30 November 2025, and more than $30bn paid out over ten years. UNN, relaying the Financial Times, gives $6.2bn for the same line and describes it as the figure after the platform's 20% share. The desk prints both rather than picking one, because the two are not reconcilable from anything either outlet publishes.

The prior year is firmer, because it has had a year to settle: $5.80bn to creators in FY2024, up 9%.

## Profit

Two values circulate for profit before tax, one dollar apart. BBC News writes that Fenix International "made $714m in profit before tax last year", an increase of 5% on 2024. The Telegraph, Benzinga and Business Matters all print $715m and the same 5%. A rounding difference of this size does not change anything material, and it is exactly the kind of detail that gets copied forward without a source for years, so both are recorded here.

Net revenue is reported as $1.6bn, up from $1.4bn, an increase of 10%. One caution on this line: Variety's text as published reads "$1.55 million", which is plainly a slip for billion, given that every other outlet reporting the same results writes $1.6bn. The desk does not print $1.55bn as a precise figure on the strength of a typographical error.

The FY2024 comparison is $1.41bn net revenue, up 8%, and $684m profit before tax, up 4%.

## Creators and fans

Variety reports that creator accounts reached 5 million in total, of which 2.5 million were active during the fiscal year, and that registered fan accounts reached 437 million, of which 132 million were active. BBC News describes the same year as 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active creators.

The gap between registered and active is the figure worth holding on to. Four out of five registered fan accounts did not transact in FY2025, and half of all creator accounts were dormant. Benzinga's write-up carries 4.6 million creators and 377.5 million fans; those are the FY2024 numbers, not FY2025, and they should not be read as this year's.

Separately, and as a company statement rather than a results line, OnlyFans said that 5,076 creators have earned more than $1 million on the platform to date.

## The company behind it

Fenix International reported 47 employees for FY2025. Business Matters adds approximately 1,500 outside content moderators, who are not employees. Set against $6.3bn of creator payouts, that is the shape of the business: a very small company sitting on a very large flow of money.

UK corporation tax paid in 2025 is reported at £147m, of more than £600m to date.

## Dividends and ownership

Variety reports dividends to the owner, Leonid Radvinsky, of $535m for the year ended 30 November 2025, with further payments of $174m through 26 March 2026. BBC News reports the same two figures. The Telegraph puts the combined sum at $709m, or £520m, and writes that the site has paid him more than $2.3bn in dividends in total. The FY2024 comparison is $497m.

Radvinsky died on 23 March 2026, aged 43, a death the company confirmed to Variety.

On 8 May 2026 Variety reported that Fenix International had sold a 16% stake to Architect Capital for $535m, valuing the company at $3.15bn. The Telegraph rounds the same deal to $3.2bn.

The Companies House register records the consequences. A TM01 terminating Radvinsky's directorship on 20 March 2026, a PSC07 recording his cessation as a person with significant control on the same date, a PSC01 notifying a new person with significant control, and AP01 appointments of three directors on 8 May 2026.

## The filing that is not on the register

Here the desk has to be careful, because the wording that has been repeated across the coverage is not quite right.

Variety attributes the FY2025 figures to "a U.K. regulatory filing". On 2026-09-14 the Companies House record for Fenix International Limited, company number 10354575, shows the status **Accounts overdue**: next accounts made up to 30 November 2025 were due by 31 August 2026, and the most recent accounts on the register are the group accounts made up to 30 November 2024, filed on 27 August 2025.

So as of today there is no FY2025 filing at Companies House to cite. The figures above come from the company's own reporting of its results, relayed by the outlets named. Writing "according to the Companies House filing" would be wrong until the accounts appear on the register, and this entry will be updated when they do.

## The number nobody printed

There is no published gross revenue figure for FY2025. Gross revenue, the total fans spend on the platform before the platform's share, was $7.22bn in FY2024, up 9%, and that figure came from Variety's coverage of the prior year. No outlet the desk could read printed the equivalent for FY2025.

The temptation is obvious. FY2024's own numbers nearly close the identity: $5.80bn to creators plus $1.41bn of net revenue is $7.21bn against a reported gross of $7.22bn. Apply the same logic to FY2025 and a number in the high seven billions falls out.

The desk does not print it. It would be a figure with no publisher behind it, and within a week it would be quoted back as though it had one. If Fenix publishes a gross figure for FY2025, or the accounts land at Companies House, it goes on this page with a source.

## What is not in these numbers

None of the figures above says anything about how much of that $6.3bn passed through an agency, a manager or a chat operator before reaching the person on the cover of the account. Platform payouts are measured at the creator account, and what happens after that is not reported by anyone. What is public is what the people doing the messaging are offered, which is a separate entry: [what OnlyFans chatters are paid](https://ofm-news.com/onlyfans-chatter-pay/).
