OnlyFans FY2025, creator payouts, pre-tax profit and active creators

OnlyFans paid $6.3 billion to creators in the year ended 30 November 2025, according to the company's statement reported by Variety on 25 August 2026. The same report gives the ten-year cumulative payout as more than $30 billion, the number of creator accounts as 5 million, of which 2.5 million were active in the fiscal year, and fan accounts as 437 million, of which 132 million were active. Variety also prints the company's count of 5,076 creators who have earned more than $1 million to date.

Profit before tax was $714 million, up 5% on 2024, according to BBC News reporting on the annual report, read through its Yahoo Finance syndication. The same piece gives the headcount as 47 employees. Dividends to the owner were $535 million for the year, with a further $174 million paid through 26 March 2026, per Variety's reading of the financial statement.

Where the numbers come from matters. On 2026-09-17 the Companies House record for Fenix International Limited, company 10354575, shows the accounts made up to 30 November 2025 as due by 31 August 2026 and marked "Accounts overdue". The most recent accounts on the register are those to 30 November 2024. Every FY2025 figure above therefore comes from the company's own reporting and from journalists who saw the report, not from a document on the public register.

Two figures in the coverage disagree. UNN, relaying the Financial Times (read 2026-09-17), puts creator payouts at "approximately $6.2 billion after OnlyFans took its 20 percent share", where Variety prints $6.3 billion; the desk prints both. Variety's text also gives net revenue as "$1.55 million", where The Telegraph, via Yahoo Finance (read 2026-09-17), gives revenue "climbing from $1.4bn in 2024 to $1.6bn"; the desk treats the Variety figure as a typographical error and does not reprint it as written.
