Where the OnlyFans rule on account access and automation lives, and what it says

The rule on someone else running a creator account is in the Terms of Use, in the section on Content. The text read on 2026-09-17 says: "If you are a Creator and someone else assists you with the operation of your Creator account, this does not affect your legal responsibility. Our relationship is with you, and not with any third-party, and you will be legally responsible for ensuring that all Content posted and all use of your account complies with the Terms of Service." The page footer reads "Last updated: August 2024".

The rule on AI chat is not in the Terms of Use. It is in the Community Guidelines, which the Terms of Use list as the eighth component of the Terms of Service, and which are published as questions and answers inside the help centre. The article at onlyfans.com/help/196/205/213, in the "Sharing Content" section, currently answers: "OnlyFans does not offer an internal AI chatbot tool for Creators. OnlyFans does not have a public facing API and Creators may not directly integrate AI chat bots into the OnlyFans platform."

That wording is new. A copy of the same article archived in January 2026 gave a flat answer: "No. You cannot use an AI chatbot to write chats or direct messages on OnlyFans." Reuters quoted that sentence in July 2024 and attributed it to the terms of service, where it never was.

The help centre cannot be read from outside the app. On 2026-09-14 the desk received an empty application shell for a browser and for two search crawlers alike. The current wording therefore rests on a dated print of the page supplied by a vendor of AI chatting software, which discloses that interest. The desk read the print and could not open the live page.
