The desk fetches five OnlyFans documents every week and compares them sentence by sentence. The capture of the Community Guidelines index taken on 28 September 2026 does not contain the passages below. The capture of 5 October does. The publication date is therefore somewhere in that window; OnlyFans did not announce the change.
Four questions were added under the Community Guidelines heading, next to the two-step authentication articles. The first, "How can I work safely with third-parties?", opens with: "OnlyFans does not work with or endorse any agencies, managers or third parties." It continues: "If you choose to work with a third party that assists you with managing or promoting your OnlyFans account please seek independent professional advice regarding the terms of any contract prior to signing it. Remember that our relationship is with you and not with any third-party."
The second lists five situations in which a creator should write to [email protected] "immediately": no longer having access to the account; a password, email address or account details changed without permission; being "pressured to hand over control of your account or earnings to a third party"; someone attempting to operate the account without consent; and earnings, personal information or settings "controlled by someone else".
The third answers what happens after a report. OnlyFans says it "will work with you to verify ownership and, where appropriate, to help you restore access", that "you do not need the permission of any third party to contact OnlyFans", and that reporting "will not automatically result in your account being suspended or your earnings being withheld". The fourth covers reports of suspected modern slavery, trafficking or exploitation.
What the block does not do: it does not prohibit working with an agency, and it does not mention chatters, chatbots, AI or any messaging tool. Help centre article 213 on AI chatbots is unchanged since the desk's September reading, and the Terms of Use and the Fan and Creator contract still carry an August 2024 footer. Where the earlier access rule sits is set out in Where the OnlyFans rule on account access and automation lives.
Not published: whether the addition follows a specific case, and whether the help centre text is enforced differently from the Terms of Use.
